I have a Summit E-670, a 22" Original Kettle Premium, a 14" Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker and a Q 3200. I love them all but find myself using the Q most frequently. As soon as we come out with a University of Kansas Q, I'll be adding that to the collection!
Grilled pizza with Italian turkey sausage, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella.
Gas during the week and charcoal on the weekends when I have a little more time.

Some of my favorite childhood memories are of my dad in the backyard on Friday nights grilling steaks on our Weber charcoal grill. As I grew up and learned to cook myself, I was a little intimidated by the grill but decided to teach myself the basics. I can remember receiving the Weber’s Real Grilling cookbook as a gift and reading it cover to cover. That book took the fear factor out of grilling and made me a much more competent and confident griller. Who knew just a few years later I’d be working at Weber and helping other people learn to love the grill!
