I’m the Culinary R&D Specialist here at Weber. My job has a lot of variety, which I love. On any given day I can be testing new products in our development pipeline, providing insight to product designers and managers, developing recipes for B2B partnerships, writing for the Weber blog or, my personal favorite, testing recipes for our incredible cookbooks. I honestly believe I have the best job in the company.

Some of my favorite childhood memories are of my dad in the backyard on Friday nights grilling steaks on our Weber charcoal grill. As I grew up and learned to cook myself, I was a little intimidated by the grill but decided to teach myself the basics. I can remember receiving the Weber’s Real Grilling cookbook as a gift and reading it cover to cover. That book took the fear factor out of grilling and made me a much more competent and confident griller. Who knew just a few years later I’d be working at Weber and helping other people learn to love the grill!
