Ingredients

Korean  Wok 346X318
  • 800g fillet steak
  • 1/2 a head pointed cabbage
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bundle spring onions
  • 1 bundle green asparagus
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Fresh herbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Rub
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

    In the kitchen:

    Combine all the spices for the rub. Cut the meat into strips. Marinate the meat in the rub for at least 30 min.

    Slice the vegetables into strips. Chop the herbs.
  • At the barbecue:

    Prepare the grill for direct high heat. Place the wok on the GBS cooking grate and let it heat up.

    Add the oil when the wok is hot.

    Brown the meat evenly, then remove from the wok.

    Sauté the vegetables, then add the meat and the fresh herbs.
