Kebabs are great on the barbecue. You have endless possibilities to fulfil anyone’s taste.
In the kitchen:
Cut the meat and vegetables into pieces of equal size. Distribute the meat and vegetables on the skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
At the barbecue:
Prepare the grill for direct high heat. Place the rotisserie and the raw skewers on the grill and let the skewers rotate for 10-12 min.
Remove the skewers from the grill when the ingredients are cooked through.
