Order Processing and Sales Back Office Assistant
After a successful 2020, we are preparing for another busy season! We are recruiting for several Order Processing and Sales Back Office Assistants to join us for six to eight months in 2021. This is a varied role, where no two days are the same! You will work with sales colleagues and act as liaison between stores and the team. Your responsibilities will include executing of orders, record keeping and enquiries from internal and external stakeholders; processing invoices, credits and returns; dealing with queries via emails and over the phone; providing products and services, as well as solution to any emerging challenges that the stores and the team may have.

Customer Service Agents
After a successful 2020, we are preparing for another busy year and seeking out a team of exceptional Customer Service Agents to join us for the barbecuing season. Positions will be on a fixed term contact of six to eight months and begin in the first quarter of 2021.
We are renowned for fast, efficient and effective support and pride ourselves on our customer care! Alongside our extensive warranty program, the Customer Service department is responsible for ensuring our Weber owners are supported throughout their relationship with the company.
As the “voice” of Weber, the team are tasked with elevating the customer experience and ensuring we deliver first class service across the UK & Ireland.
