Advent Calendar Sweepstakes
1. Organiser
The organiser of the sweepstake is Weber-Stephen Products (U.K.) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered company number 03518831 and whose registered office is at 10th Floor, The Metro Building, 1 Butterwick, London, W6 8DL.
2. Eligibility to participate
All individuals over the age of 18 residing in the UK & Ireland are eligible to participate in the advent calendar sweepstake. Employees of the organiser and/or employees of companies associated with the organiser are barred from participating.
3. Participation
The competition will be held exclusively online via the website www.weber.com.
Here’s how you can participate to win:
· Open one window of the advent calendar per week during the promotion period.
· Register with your first and last name and e-mail address under “Sign Up To Win”
· Confirm your email address registration
· Submit your registration in order to participate.
By participating, you, the participant, are agreeing to the terms and conditions of participation set forth herein.
You may only participate once weekly (per prize) during the promotion period. Postal participation and/or participation by fax is excluded.
4. Winning
You’ll receive a chance to win selected grills from our current range of Weber products.

5. Promotion period
The total promotion period is set for 27th November 2023 to 24th December 2023. Within this total period, the participant has the chance to participate and to win the prizes described above within the following prize periods:
Prize 1: 27th November 2023 (12 am) – 3rd December 2023(11.59 pm)
Prize 2: 4th December 2023 (12 am) – 10th December 2023(11.59 pm)
Prize 3: 11th December 2023 (12 am) – 17th December 2023 (11.59 pm)
Prize 4: 18th December 2023 (12 am) – 24th December 2023 (11.59 pm)
6. Selecting the winners
Winners will be selected throughout the promotion period after a prize period ended (4th and 11th January 2024 for the prizes 1-2 and 8th and 15th January 2024 for prizes 3-4). The winner for each prize period will be determined by lot. These winners will be notified by email before 18th January 2024 and they must provide a postal address to claim their prize. The winner will be sent the gifts by the end of February 2024 latest. If a winner does not respond to the organiser within 7 days of being notified by the organiser or does not provide a postal address, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the organiser will be entitled to select another winner. There will be no additional costs for the winners.
The participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact data provided. The organiser assumes no liability for the timeliness, completeness or correctness of transferred participant data. Should the contact data provided be inaccurate, the organiser is in no way required to ascertain the correct addresses. Any detriments that may arise from inaccurate contact data will be borne by the participant entirely.
In the event of any disputes which may arise regarding the identity of the registered participant, the entitled account holder of the email address used during registration will be deemed to be the participant. The entitled account holder is an individual assigned by an internet provider, online service or individual responsible for the allocation of email addresses at the organization behind the domain name of the address provided. The potential winner must also prove, if applicable, that he or she is indeed the entitled account holder.
The organiser must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the organiser will send the surname and county of the winner, to anyone who emails [service-uk@weber.com] within one month of the 18th January 2024. If the winner objects to any or all of their surname or county being published, please contact the organiser at privacy.emea@Weberstephen.com. In such circumstances, the organiser must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
The winner has no right of appeal.
7. Disqualification
The organiser retains the right to disqualify those participants, who in any way manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or the sweepstake itself, especially in all cases of hackers fraud, or who violate the conditions of participation set forth herein.
8. Exclusion of warranty / premature termination
The organiser explicitly indicates that the availability and/or function of the sweepstake cannot be guaranteed. The sweepstake can be terminated or removed due to extenuating circumstances without any claims on the part of the participant towards the organiser arising. Termination may be necessary due to technical problems, rule changes or decisions made by platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
The organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. Decisions of the organizer are binding for the participants.
9. Data protection notice / Participant rights:
The organiser and Weber-Stephen Products (EMEA) GmbH are the data controller for the personal data collected and processed during the sweepstake. The legal basis for the processing of personal data of the participants is, the always withdrawable consent, Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR.
The organiser and Weber-Stephen Products (EMEA) GmbH will comply with all relevant data protection regulations as amended. Data transferred to the organiser and Weber-Stephen Products (EMEA) GmbH as a result of participation in the sweepstake will be stored, processed and used by the organiser to conduct and process the sweepstake.

Furthermore, the storage, processing and use of the data will only occur in cases where the participants have provided their express consent via email. In particular, data will only be transferred to a third party, insofar as such transfer is necessary in order to carry out the sweepstake.
You may object at any time to the storage, processing and use of your personal data in perpetuity, or to object to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of sending the newsletter in perpetuity by writing to the following address:

or the participants may withdraw their consent at any time by sending an email to privacy.emea@Weberstephen.com. If you send Weber an email, please tell Weber what your revocation should refer to so that Weber can allocate your request.
Should you do so, your data will be deleted immediately. Your continued participation in the promotion, however, will no longer be possible.
You retain the right to request at any time the disclosure of any and all of your personal data stored by the organiser. Should you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or if they are no longer accurate, you may direct the organiser to delete, block or amend your information as necessary.
You may object to the use of your personal data for promotional purposes at any time.
If the participants have consented to the use of the email address to receive the newsletter, the participants' data will be stored in an electronic newsletter system. For this purpose, Weber uses the processor Emarsys Interactive Services GmbH, Stralauer Allee 6, 10245 Berlin, which processes the data on behalf of Weber.
Participant data will be deleted after the sweepstake has ended and any processing associated therewith has been completed, unless you gave your explicit consent to use the data for further purposes as defined separately.

10. Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the organiser, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the organiser, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Applicable law
Participation in this sweepstake and any legal relationships arising therefrom between the organiser and the participants including these terms of participation will be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
