May 26, 2021. You have 100 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your SmokeFire grill. Because it can take some time to get familiar with and experience a variety of cooks on a new grill, we suggest a minimum trial of 30 days to get to know your new wood fired pellet grill. To initiate a return or for product support, call the SmokeFire dedicated Customer Care line at +1 (866) 949-2990 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Weber Customer Care team will be standing by to assist you in trouble shooting and/or coordinating the grill return.
Once eligibility for return is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process. Eligible returns will be on registered grills with proof of purchase showing a purchase date within the 100 -day trial period. Your original form of payment will be refunded the full product price of the grill*, less any discounts or promotional pricing at the time of purchase, shipping fees or assembly charges.
The money back guarantee policy runs concurrent to Weber’s current returns policy. For purchases made through Weber.com, your SmokeFire grill can be returned within 30 days if the grill has not been used and it is in its original packaging. For returns on new, unused SmokeFire grills purchased through a retailer, please refer to the respective retailers’ return policies.
*The original form of payment will be refunded for direct purchases made through Weber.com. For all other verified purchase locations, the refund will be in the form of a check paid out to the individual to whom the grill is registered. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of non-Weber.com refunds.
