I wrote to your bot who finally said I needed to talk to a person…surprise….maybe someone who could help. And guess what? Your website wanted me to pay a fee to talk to someone about an order you did not fulfill! The site said the money would refunded, but that is ridiculous. YOU had a problem with YOUR delivery system. I am a full paying customer who did not receive her order….and this is the best you can do????
