Love to start out with a seating direct heat fire in the center, then split it up to the sides and keep the center as the indirect area with a drip pan. Really perfect for a roast chicken. Or for cedar plank salmon. Highly recommended to all my grilling friends! Weber is the real deal and quality-made in the USA.
