  • 200ml Cachaça
  • 1 mango, chopped into chunks
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1-2 red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprig
  • Mango slices to garnish


Fancy an exotic twist on Brazil’s national drink? This cocktail is sure to spice up your summer evenings!

  • Divide the chilli, mango cubes and sugar across 4 chilled glasses and mix together.
  • Fill the glasses with ice, and add 50ml of Cachaça to each one.
  • Stir well, and garnish with mango slices and sprigs of mint.
