A unique hands-on experience, this new course teaches you the Weber Way of barbecuing, demonstrates further techniques such as smoking, as well as covering key skills such as lighting and temperature control. You'll be learning how to perfectly barbecue the delectable Wagyu steak, butcher Wild boar to create your own mince and how sugar smoking can give even the simplest of dishes and delightful caramel flavour.

Want to get the most from your barbecue and cook more than the standard barbecue fare of burgers and sausages? The Special Edition course explores how to use Weber's renowned "lid-on" barbecue technique to grill, roast, smoke and bake! During the 4 hours you and your classmates will prepare a variety of different dishes under the guidance of an expert chef.

    Starter: Roast and smoked bone marrow toasted sourdough with parsley salad

    Main course: Exquisite hand cut Cotswold Wagyu lightly smoked with Jasmine tea and grilled over charcoal
  4. 4th Main course  
    Main course: Grilled Alpaca kebabs, with a classic chimichurri sauce

    Main course: Wild boar burgers with sesame spinach and kimchee
  6. 6th Side  
    Side: Roast curried cauliflower, smoked garlic and baby potatoes

    Side: Salt baked beetroot with black pepper butter
