The Food Hub Cookery School is based at Kenton Hall Estate in Suffolk. The school is housed in a converted cow byre alongside a butchery and has a wonderful kitchen garden. The school's approach is relaxed and informal, allowing you to learn new skills, techniques and most importantly, how to make the most of seasonal ingredients. The school is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities with Aga Rangemaster cookers and Kenwood equipment.

The Food Hub has a produce to plate philosophy using meat including Longhorn beef, rare-breed pork and lamb that has been produced on the farm. They work with local chefs to offer an excellent range of cookery demonstrations and hands on cookery courses. Their friendly approach can turn the most nervous beginner into a confident ‘foodie’.
