Braised lamb with naan bread

A leg of lamb is just as great for a Sunday dinner as it is for a big birthday or New Year's Eve party with friends. It's an elegant piece of meat which, after slow braising, acquires a heavenly taste.

A leg of lamb is also extremely tasty when combined with a variety of accompaniments and spices. But which country wins the prize for creating the most impressive spice mix for lamb? Morocco, without a doubt!

Brushing the lamb with a Moroccan barbecue rub gives the meat an excellent depth of flavour. Add a tasty naan bread to the equation and you can expect nothing but happy and satisfied faces around the dinner table.

Rotisserie chicken

Grilled chicken is appreciated by all diners, whether they are young or old. Here, the chicken is cooked whole using a rotisserie skewer.

The slow rotation produces a juicy chicken with a golden, crispy skin.

There's probably no other barbecue technique that enhances and develops that barbecue flavour as well as a rotisserie. And best of all - the chicken takes care of itself! Once you've seasoned the chicken, attach it to the spit and the rotisserie will do the rest.

While the chicken is gently turning in your Weber, you'll have time to prepare all those side dishes. In this tasty recipe the chicken is seasoned with cumin, smoked paprika, garlic and chilli. It's served with roasted potatoes, which of course, are also cooked on the barbecue.

A simple and delicious dish that is just as good to treat the family on anordinary weekday dinner as it is for friends, when it's time to host a party.

Potato and pesto pizza

If you've ever baked pizza at home in a conventional oven, you'll know that it's not easy to get the perfect pizza with crispy, airy edges and a thin, crunchy base. Try barbecuing your pizza instead!

When you add a pizza stone to your Weber grill, you'll get a pizza as deliciously crispy as the one you'd be served if you were in Italy. The trick here is the high temperature, and that's exactly what the pizza stone provides. The pizza will have that lovely stone-oven baked feel that a pizza should have.

A high temperature is important to make a great pizza, but, of course, you also need the perfect dough and great toppings. Here's how to quickly grill a potato and pesto pizza with ease.

Smashed bacon burgers

Crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside – that's what we call a really good smashed burger. The classic burger has been a favourite with young and old for as long as we can remember and can be made in a variety of ways to suit everyone's taste buds.

In recent years, however, it has enjoyed a resurgence as the smash technique has taken an increasingly important place in both restaurant and home kitchens. Instead of thick chunks or pressed patties, we like to press the meat in the pan or on the griddle on the barbecue for a crispier and juicier texture.

Here's a recipe for smashed bacon burgers that's sure to be a favourite for both lunch and dinner. They are seasoned with a rub of salt, pepper and garlic powder allowing the meat flavours to come into their own. The other sensations are in the accompaniments – bacon, cheddar and onions. All topped with crusty brioche bread. Yes please!
