Grilled Lemon Broccoli Recipe

Instructions

  • Bring a large saucepan of water with 2 teaspoons salt to a boil over high heat on the stove. Add the broccoli and cook until bright green and crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the broccoli from the saucepan and plunge into an ice bath to rapidly cool it. Drain again, discarding any ice cubes.
  • Prepare the grill for direct cooking over medium heat (350° to 450°F) and preheat the grill pan for about 10 minutes.
