Instructions

  • Preheat the grill. Preheat the grill to 425°F.
  • Make the garlic Parmesan sauce. Add the garlic, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and parsley to a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • Season the wings. Pat the wings dry. Drizzle or spray them with avocado oil, then season all sides with Hey Grill Hey Beef Rub. If you do not have the rub, use equal parts salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Grill the wings. Place the wings directly on the grill grates and close the lid. Grill for 15–20 minutes, flipping every 3–5 minutes to prevent b urning and help the skin crisp. Cook until the wings reach an internal temperature of 170–175°F for a tender, pull-off-the-bone bite.
  • Coat the wings. Transfer the hot wings directly to the bowl with the garlic Parmesan sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Serve. Transfer the wings to a serving platter and top with additional Parmesan cheese.

Recipe Tips:

If Hey Grill Hey Beef Rub is unavailable, use equal parts salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
