Rated 2 out of 5 by from BBq works well - but issues remain It works and cooks very well - so I'd give the bbq capability a 4 or 5. What I am not happy about is its the only bbq Weber sells that does not come with nor can you buy side tables. Its the exact same design as the portable gas bbq's that do have the side tables. Also there was a big dent on the inside of the lid when I got it; dent does not impact performance and I have no time to box it up and send it back so have to live with it ...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Customer Service I have had several Weber Grills both gas and now, because where we live,Electric. We have had several parts go awry. Every time I called Weber Customer Service they walked me through step by step to diagnose the problem. They then sent a replacement part for free and I was able to extend my grills life. That is why I have stuck with Weber for the past 20years and will continue to do so!!!!
