The large grate fits square Weber Crafted® grillware in addition to circular GBS grillware so you can explore endless ways to cook, and hinges on both sides of the grate flip up to make adding charcoal during long cooks easy. The handy Tuck-Away Lid Holder gives you a convenient place to nest the lid against the side of the bowl while cooking, and a built-in lid thermometer lets you see the temperature when the lid is closed. Like all Weber® kettles, it’s built to last with a porcelain-enameled bowl and lid that retains heat and resist rust, peeling, and scratching, and adjustable lid and bowl dampers to fine-tune the heat for perfect results. When it’s time to clean up, the One-Touch™ cleaning system makes it neat and effortless—just swipe the lever to clear ashes into the enclosed, high-capacity ash catcher. I've owned my 26" Weber Master-Touch Charcoal Grill for a while now, and I can honestly say it's one of the best purchases I've ever made. I use it multiple times a week, and on the days I'm not cooking on it, I'm usually thinking about what I'm going to cook next. Burgers, steaks, chicken, wings, vegetables, reverse-seared tri-tip, smoked queso, pizza, you name it. This grill handles all of it with ease. What I appreciate most is its consistency. Every cook feels predictable and repeatable. The airflow controls are responsive, temperature management is straightforward, and it simply performs exactly the way I expect it to every single time. That's a big deal when you're feeding family and friends. Beyond the performance, it's just plain fun. There's something about cooking over charcoal that turns dinner into an event. The smell of the charcoal lighting, the anticipation while the food cooks, and that first bite when everything comes together, it never gets old. The 26" cooking surface gives me plenty of room to cook for a crowd, yet it's efficient enough for a weeknight meal for two. It's sturdy, reliable, and built like something that will be around for years. If Weber ever needs a slogan, here's my suggestion: "The grill that makes you plan your day around dinner." This grill doesn't just cook food. It creates excuses to gather friends, spend time outside, and make memories. For me, that's what great grilling is all about. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mike Jacobi from Great Grill Should have went back to charcoal a long time ago. All the cooking methods direct grilling, offset, vortex and snake method work great and the flavor produced has been amazing! The lid thermometer does not give a good reading as it is usually near the burn, a smart probe near the grate gives you the reading for the range you want. Get the 26 inch it will us more charcoal but gives you the room to grill without crowding.
