Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor customer service The cover did not fit (part # 7152). Your website says it fits pre 2026 performer "22 grills. My Grill is a Weber 2003 serial # DT 0191967. I called your customer service line and they are terrible. The guy beat around the bush until he finally admitted that cover for my grill has been discontinued. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he put me on hold and then said no one was available. I asked for a refund and shipping details and he put me on hold only to later tell me no one was available in that department either. He said I would be receiving an email regarding returns and refunds. What a waste of time! 33 minutes on the phone only to end up right back where I started. What is the matter with you people?
