Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pizza stone rocks First time out, the pizza was great. Dough, which I made, was crisp on the bottom and chewy in middle. Also got some air pockets. After reading some reviews that indicated the dough burned, I often checked my dough to make sure it didn’t burn. That was never a problem. Directions said to use 75 briquettes in a single layer on the grate. I used about 45 coals - again being cautious about burning the dough - but next time I will use 75, which will give more heat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excited to make my own PIZZA! Received this Pizza stone on Valentines day... my love knows my love for Pizza. Very simple to use and as I get better at making dough the better my pizza will be! I am very excited to be making Pizza from scratch and baking it on my weber.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only way to cook pizza This makes the pizza cook to a tasty food you will not forget. Add more topping pre-cooked and start with white charcoals. heat the stone first but only put a small piece of smoking wood in coals, only one small pit.
