- Dutch Oven Duo
- Prepare your barbecue to use indirect heat at 180°C. If you are using a charcoal barbecue, you will need to use ½ charcoal chimney starter. Place the Dutch Oven on your barbecue and pre-heat.
- Pour all of the ingredients into the Dutch Oven and bring to a simmer. Allow the spices to infuse for a maximum of 15 minutes, keep to a simmer and do not boil.
- Serve hot ro your friends and family.
