At our gas barbecue course our grill masters show the versatility and ease of using our Weber gas grills introducing our new Genesis II models and the world famous Weber Spirit II and Q-series. Learn how to barbecue everything from paella “pescador” to pineapple cake, the possibilities are endless.

  1. 1st Appetizer  
    Appetizer: Marinated mushrooms from the grilling basket with smoked Spanish butter sauce and freshly baked bread
  2. 2nd Starter  
    Starter: Paella ”Pescador” safran paella with fish and shrimps
  3. 3rd Snack  
    Snack: Chicken breast with teriyaki marinade served with thai curry pancakes and wasabi mayonnaise
  4. 4th Finger Food  
    Finger Food: Juicy pork steaks with apple chili brine and gorgonzola flakes
  5. 5th Maincourse  
    Maincourse: ”Spicy and smoky” Sirloin steak rubbed with pepper and served with Madeira sauce, stuffed potatoes and marinated cauliflower
  6. 6th Dessert  
    Dessert: Pineapple upside down cake
