Following you will find the terms and conditions for the promotion activity “PURCHASE SELECTED WEBER BARBECUES AND CLAIM A FREE GRILL ACADEMY VOUCHER” (“Offer”) by the Weber-Stephen Products (EMEA) GmbH, Franklinstr. 28/29, 10587 Berlin (“Weber”). With the participation in the Offer, these terms and conditions of participation are expressly accepted.

The Offer is addressed exclusively to private individuals of at least 18 years of age (“Purchaser”), who bought a new Summit® Gas Barbecue, Summit® Charcoal Barbecue, Genesis® II Gas Barbecue, Master-Touch® Charcoal Barbecue, Master-Touch® Premium Charcoal Barbecue, SmokeFire® Pellet Grill or Pulse® Electric Barbecue from Weber or a participating authorised retailer from Weber-Stephen in the following countries between the 06.02.2020 and the 15.03.2020 (“Term“). Participating countries: United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

The free voucher giveaway requires the acquisition of a Summit® Gas Barbecue, Summit® Charcoal Barbecue, Genesis® II Gas Barbecue, Master-Touch® Charcoal Barbecue, Master-Touch® Premium Charcoal Barbecue, SmokeFire® Pellet Grill & Pulse® Electric Barbecue from Weber or a participating authorised retailer from Weber-Stephen during the term. Furthermore, participation requires the purchaser to have a Weber ID account (at https://www.weber.com/GB/en/register/) and register their acquired barbecue under their weber ID account up to 4 weeks after the end of the offer (at the latest by 15.04.2020). For the registration the purchaser must provide the serial number of the acquired barbecue in the intended registration process. The serial number will be validated by Weber and after it is validated, the consumer will receive the order confirmation and voucher code via email.

In case of definitive cancellation of the purchase, the voucher code will be rendered void by Weber. Weber also reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who wish to gain or obtain advantages through tampering or who violate these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions of Participation.
