Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poorly designed door hinge My new grill blew over in a windstorm and the door fell off. The little pivot pin on the bottom of the door disappeared. It's a tiny bit of plastic the size of your thumb nail that simply sits in the hole of the frame. A pretty fragile and vulnerable design. Cost me $24 to buy this "hardware" kit with the small piece of plastic I needed. I'd suggest that Weber reevaluate this weak link in an otherwise fine grill.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Warning Pre-assembled grills Purchase from Home Depot as it was deeply discounted. After getting the pre-assembled Weber Grill I discovered that it was assembled incorrectly. I reassembled it I was missing parts. I order the parts yet still missing the ignitor wire clips.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hinge replacement for grill door. All well with new hinge for door. Would've been nice if I could have bought only the hinge and not the handle hardware that wasn't needed. Order arrived timely and very happy with getting my grill in shape for BBQ season.
