We know you want your Weber grill in tip-top shape and outfitted with the latest Weber grilling gear. That's why we treat every order with special attention and make sure we process it as quickly as possible.

Standard Orders

  • Processing/Shipping: Orders received by 3 pm Central Time will ship the same business day. Orders received after 3 pm will ship the next business day.
  • Delivery: Up to 5-8 business days, from the time your order ships.
  • Method: FedEx Ground or FedEx Smartpost®
  • Cost: We offer a flat rate of $7.00 for all standard delivery shipments.

Expedited Orders

  • Processing/Shipping: Orders received by 3 pm Central Time will ship the same business day. Orders received after 3 pm will ship the next business day.
  • Shipping/Delivery: Up to 3 business days, from the time your order ships.
  • Method: FedEx Express Saver FedEx 2Day® or FedEx Standard Overnight®

  • Deliveries may be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8AM and 5PM local time.  
  • A 4 hour window will provided during your selected delivery day.
  • You will receive a courtesy call from the driver 30 minutes prior to delivery.

  • If your order contains accessories, replacement parts, or other non-grill products these items will ship separately via FedEx

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to speed delivery. You will not be charged for additional shipping, and you will receive separate shipping confirmation e-mails.


  • You must be able to receive postal delivery at your residence, or your delivery may be denied.
  • No commercial or business addresses can be used for standard delivery shipments.
  • Shipments are only available in the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
  • The total amount of time for order processing, shipping and delivery is dependent upon the following:
    • The availability of the product(s) you are ordering
    • The day and time your order was received
    • A successful payment authorization
    • The selected shipping method
    • The carrier(s) delivering the order(s)

Order Tracking

Login to your Weber-ID account on, where you can check the status of your order, track the delivery and lookup your order history.


State and local sales taxes may apply. All taxable states must calculate the applicable sales tax on the subtotal of items plus shipping. Taxes shown on the web site are an estimated tax. The true amount charged to your credit card will be shown on your shipping confirmation e-mail.

For orders placed by customers in Illinois:  

Illinois is an origin-based state where customers are taxed based on the business location.  Because our business location is Palatine, in Cook County, that percentage is used for the tax rate.

Lithium Battery Notice

Due to the presence of lithium batteries the Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub, iGrill Mini, and Kitchen Thermometer Mini can only ship via standard ground shipping.

Other Shipping Restrictions

Lighter Cubes can only ship via standard ground shipping.


Items purchased on or through Weber Customer Service that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by Weber, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. Shipping charges for delivery and returns are not refundable for orders less than $50. All shipping charges for delivery and returns for purchases over $50 are free of charge. Please contact Weber Customer Service at or 1-800-446-1071 to assist with your return.

Return Policy Exceptions

Due to regulatory requirements, lighter cubes may not be returned.
