Sweet Potatoes

  • Completed step 1½ lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ¾-inch cubes
  • Completed step 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Completed step ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • Completed step ¼ tsp. black pepper, fine grind 

Brussels Sprouts

  • Completed step 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • Completed step 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Completed step Kosher salt, to taste
  • Completed step Black pepper, to taste 

Pork Chops

  • Completed step 4 boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick
  • Completed step Olive oil blend, as needed
  • Completed step Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

FIRE UP YOUR GRILL

Instructions

  • Using a Weber Cold Cleaning Brush, brush the grill grates clean.
  • Prepare the grill for direct cooking over high heat (450-500°F).
  • Place the deluxe grill pan into the grill and allow it to preheat for 10-15 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • In another mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Lightly brush the pork chops with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • You are now ready to proceed to the grill!
  • Add the sweet potatoes to the preheated grill pan. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • After 10 minutes, add the Brussels sprouts to the grill pan with the sweet potatoes. Continue cooking for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are tender and the Brussels sprouts are browned and tender.
  • At the same time the Brussels sprouts are added, place the pork chops on the grill over direct heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip to a new spot on the grill and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Remove the pork chops from the grill and rest for 5 minutes.
  • Once the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts are finished cooking, remove them from the grill and lightly drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss to coat.
  • Serve the pork chops with the balsamic Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes.

Recipe Tips

Prepare the grill for direct cooking over high heat (450-500°F). Preheat Pan for 10-15 minutes.
