Knob Kit is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 94.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Grill knobs Have replaced several knobs. Some break during installation. Contacted Weber and got replacements. Same issue. Very disappointed. The Summit s-470 is a very expensive grill.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not sure about the cost I installed my new knobs 2 weeks ago and used right away. Everything was good until I went to use it this past weekend and one knob was cracked already. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone at Weber, but the chat is not available on the website and there is no email or phone number listed for customer service under contact us.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely unacceptable design and product failure Unacceptable that these have not been redesigned to address this problem. These are junk plastic on an expensive grill setup. Making the knobs, especially the middle stem, out of steel would solve this problem of the stem snapping when turning for the ignition process. I just paid nearly $4000 for a Summit Grill Center and a knob snapped the FIRST time it was used. The SECOND time it was used, another knob stem cracked. Embarrassing! My prior less expensive Weber gas grills never had similar issues after years. Two days on a Summit Grill Center and two broken knobs. I'm shocked to visit Weber's web site and see the knobs have not been improved and still have a flimsy plastic center stem. I guess I should plan on spending a few hundred dollars replacing these for my nearly $4000 grill during its lifetime? Hopefully my warranty and extended warranty will cover these things. What's especially shocking is that everyone has the same photos below but Weber has not come up with an improved part for these grills. What other industry would do this?
