Ordered it on a Saturday and received no update over the course of 7 days on the status of the order other than it was processing. I couldn’t even look up my order online. I had to contact costumer service to get any information. When I did contract costumer service and they recommended going through an authorized retailer. Weber’s website didn’t say the item was out of stock or that there may be delay. Annoying that Weber didn’t have this part and I wasted a week waiting for some activity on the order.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy with service. ordered this part as it was identified to fit my grill. It did not fit. 5 emails with tech service and they could not give me a direct replacement. Provided the serial number, copy of the ID tag inside the grill and a picture of the current part. Communications stopped when I indicated I could not produce a proof of purchase. I wasn't looking for warranty, just to buy a replacement part. If it wasn't available, I would have understood. As for the product, I don't know if it is good or not, as it was not compatible with my grill.
