Rated 5 out of 5 by from 30+ Year Grill Still Working The burners and igniter installed very easily. Once the partws were attached the burner lit on the first spark from the igniter. This grill is over 30 years old and has become a family heirloom. This grill is the reason I purchased a new Genesis grill. It's last forever and the support is outstanding.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible service I have yet to receive the part that I ordered. It has been stuck somewhere in Canada for the last two weeks. Cannot connect to Weber because their phone system doesn’t work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Good- No Instructions- Tried The wires are impossible to connect to the cylinder/push mechanism. The black wire pushes in, but pulls right out. The white wire is supposed to slide in the side, but it doesn't.
