It took me three days before I finally reached a real person who could look up the part number. THEN when I told him I needed four wheels, he put an order in for ONE! I love my Weber grill but the parts and customer service is almost impossible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wheel replacements for a 10 year old Weber grill. Quality wheel, but overpriced in my opinion. A set of 4 cost over $120.00 plus shipping.
