Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible casters that should perform MUCH better We boulght our E315 a little over 4 years ago. IT stays covered and under a covered porch. About a year ago we started to notice black "stuff" on our patio and couldn't understand where it was coming from. I even blamed my husband for being "messy while he was cooking on the grill as that's what it looked like on the ground, charred remains of food. Well, turned out it was the casters disintegrating. Had to call Weber to get another part for the grill the flame transfer bar and inquired about getting a new set (4) of wheels only to be told there is only a 2 year warranty on these!! What!! Not happy about this or the price of the replacements, especially if the same thing will happen with this set. Came on here to look for the price and saw all of the negative reviews and people experiencing the same thing. Come on, Weber, you have to have a better policy for these wheels. This should not happen. We have another Weber Spirit E315 at another home and I'm sure same will happen with that one. Very unfortunate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best customer service ever! Had issues trying to get the new casters installed. Contacted Weber support and they were able to get me back up and running. Can't say enough how great the service is and highly recommend Weber's products!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Castors breaking apart I love my grill but the castors are falling apart and I'm not able to move it. I will not be replacing them at this cost to have the same problem again. I will research grills better when I replace this.
