Rated 1 out of 5 by from Order never shipped Ordered this part on the 19th of May and when I saw that as of the 27th of May it had not shipped..even though my confirmation email said orders ship within 2 days...I cancelled the order. Ordered the same part off of Amazon on the 1st of June and it was delivered on the 4th...for half the price!. I will never order anything from Weber again and I will not be purchasing ANYTHING Weber again. You've completely lost my business with your over-priced products and parts and sub par customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install, what a difference! This Weber burner tube kit was received timely, was easy to install, and what a difference these new parts make! Thanks, Weber, for these quality parts at a readonable price. It's 1 of the many reasons I have always and multiple times have purchased Weber my whole life, yes starting 50 years ago as a teenager who liked to cook my fresh caught fish.
