Rated 1 out of 5 by from Help - Grease Tray I ordered a new grease tray July 21 for my Genesis 1000 and the part I got was the wrong tray. I contacted the Weber Support team to get that tray returned and get the correct one sent to me! After hearing nothing for 10-12 days I received an email asking if I was satisfied my concern and again I replied with a response that I was still waiting on my correct grease tray!!! I am still waiting!!! I bought my Genesis 1000 in 1997!!!
