Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong Parts Sent I have been sent the wrong part three times now. I have the serial number, I know what my grill is, and I have the measurements of the burner tubes that I need. Still, I get a kit that does not fit my grill. Yesterday I called again to tell them the wrong item was sent, and I emailed pictures of the incorrect part. After and hour and a half on hold, she told me that it would cost me $68 to have a new kit sent. When I told her that was not ok and I would not be paying, she informed me that I had received the previous kits (minus the original purchase/charge) for free. I have offered to send those parts back, as they do me absolutely NO GOOD, if they send me a label...they have not done that. She didn't seem to comprehend that I already paid for parts that I have never received. I then asked to talk to her manager...another 10 minutes on hold, and she let me know they couldn't take my call right now and someone would call me back today. I have not received that phone call, and my correct parts that I have paid for, still are not here, nor are they coming. SO disappointed in this recent interaction. Perhaps outsourcing customer service was not a wise decision on Weber's part as I'm sure this experience has not been cost effective for them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I Went with the Weber Parts!! I purchased this replacement burner kit because even after cleaning the original one that came with the grill, the crossover tube wasn't igniting all the way across. After removing the old and installing the new, the grill lit all burners as intended. I am glad that I went with the Weber brand instead of the cheap knockoffs because the Weber parts work perfectly! Not only that, Weber reimbursed me for this purchase since it was covered under warranty!
