I contacted Weber and they told me that my grill was registered and the flavor bars would be sent to me and they were under warranty. They credited my card and I received the bars within four days. The customer service was amazing they kept me informed about everything . The company should be proud of the team they have working for them because they are great ambassadors for Weber.
