Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product I've had my Weber for eight seasons now and use it all year round. I cook a lot of spatch cocked whole chickens and grease flareups require some water dousing in the first 10 minutes of cooking. This does take its toll on the flavorizer bars and their life. Otherwise, no issues and regardless, a recommended component of the grill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome customer service and product After ordering/receiveing the wrong product at first, customer service responded immediately to correct the error. I received the second shipment yesterday, and these flavorizer bars are the exact fit. I guess we could have avoided the first/incorrect shipment if I had been able to choose the replacement parts using the grill's serial number, but that either wasn't an option or I couldn't find it. Anyway, all is well now thanks to the awesome customer service. Thanks so much!
