It seems like you won't let your support people proceed with solving problems, without first asking a bunch of irrelevant details, like serial number, where and where the grill was bought, and the shipping address. You have all of the information you need, in the order, for any God's sake. We verified it was definitely mistakenly not included in the shipment. I'm on the second day of multiple emails with your support about this. Your process is awful, but your grills are the best. Please, get it together and just send the fricken piece to us.
