Rated 4 out of 5 by WalterK from Fine product, but . . . We have loved our WEBER for many years. Living west of Seattle, we BBQ even in the snow. Prior to our WEBER we would get cheap ones that lasted only a year, or so. The WEBER exceeded our BBQ budget the year we bought it, so we treasure it and keep it clean. When the ignition button broke, we simply ordered a new one, and then lit subsequent fires with a butane firestarter. I was on my second firestarter before the part arrived! That's the rub! We feel it took too long to get it, and we wanted you to know that so you can view and address the shipping times. Some day we will replace our WEBER - with another WEBER - You have us for life!
