Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great grill with really low quality knobs. Weber Summit 400 NG Grill on my third set of controls. Just amazing like so many others have noted what a poor design. We grill al winter and shockingly in Minnesota it gets cold! The knobs crack after such a short time it’s embarrassing. Then it’s $75 to replace them again for another season.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the same old weber. For a grill this nice that costs thousands, you would think they would source better knobs and ignitors. I have had my grill less than 4 months and none of the igniters work. Two knobs have broken. My weber I bought in the 90s was bombproof.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Knob failure I had to replace the control knobs on my Summit 670 Grill 3 times. Weber was fantastic regarding the knob replacement. The problem is that they keep breaking, the knob after a couple of months cracks so the the knob just spins and does not turn on the burners. In two years I had to replace 9 of the replacement knobs. The plastic seems to be too brittle. I love the grill, but come on Weber a change needs to made to keep up with your great reputation. Tom Loyal customer
