Rated 1 out of 5 by from Knob failure I had to replace the control knobs on my Summit 670 Grill 3 times. Weber was fantastic regarding the knob replacement. The problem is that they keep breaking, the knob after a couple of months cracks so the the knob just spins and does not turn on the burners. In two years I had to replace 9 of the replacement knobs. The plastic seems to be too brittle. I love the grill, but come on Weber a change needs to made to keep up with your great reputation. Tom Loyal customer

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Weber Care Team is Amazing I can't compliment enough how wonderful a company Weber is. I had a slight issue with one of the knob on my grill and they responded quickly and efficiently. A++++ to Joanna who took care of me. She's a shining star in my book.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Weber Summit Grill failure Somebody at Weber should go back to design school. I have replaced every knob on my Summit Grill$4000. Having the knobs fail in the first year is unacceptable. Fratteloni Hardware where i purchased it has replaced the knobs at no cost in the past but i don't believe they will for the life of the grill. My previous Summit lasted 30 years and is the reason i purchased this one, i tried to start the rotisserie burner for a thanksgiving turkey and it failed to light as well. i have all the confidence this one will be lucky to last 5 years. I would not purchase from Weber again and would recommend that any consumer not buy a Weber product.
