Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement grill knob I recently had to replace a broken grill gas control knob on my Weber propane grill. I had registered with Weber when I bought the grill do it was easy to log k yo their website, find my grill model and schematics, identify the part, and order the replacement. All easy peasy. I was surprised how quickly the part was shipped and received - in less than a week. I am very pleased either the Weber service, and their follow up to ensure I was satisfied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed! The plastic is very poor quality. I ordered two, very expensive replacements and one of them has already cracked and is broken. The grill is only a few years old and this will be the fourth knob to be replaced which is ridiculous and falls short of the Weber quality we thought we were getting.
