Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice workmanlike grates These work well, I prefer them to the stainless steel rod type grill. They're reversable, different type grid (broad on one side, narrow on the other). My only complaint is that the ones I recall from my earliest days as a Weber fan (and I wonder if that's not just me) seemed to last longer. I am on my third grill - the first was the one that came with the unit, the second was a warranty claim that only seemed to last ~14 months, and these. I would say also that I did not find the process of locating parts for my model to be particularly well done.
