Rated 3 out of 5 by from No help from Weber Product seems to be fine after figuring out how to install it. There were no instructions included with the part and none to be found on the website. It was not necessarily intuitive on how to install it. I finally figure out I had to remove the control panel to be able to install the new tube. Wasn't easy and a little help from Weber would have made this job so much simpler.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement Part for 15 year old grill It is so easy to just plug in the model number and get the schematic with a link to the part I needed. This grill is 15 years old and going strong, I will get another when and if it is ever is beyond repair. I wish other companies were this good with their replacement parts, quality, and longevity of product life.
