Rated 1 out of 5 by from Weber sent me the wrong hose and regulator kit I am truly disappointed with Weber parts support. The rep that assisted me was Daniel who guaranteed that the regulator with hose (part #65570) would fit on my Genesis 310. He was grossly in error and obviously does not know what he is talking about. I had a long disputed discussion with Daniel that part was the wrong part and the hose was too short, nevertheless he assured me that this is the right part and would fit. I told him the part I needed was part # 65909. I had BBQ Rescue remove and install the new regulator with a hose. Ray immediately knew when he saw the part that this was not the correct part. Attached are 4 pictures that shows the hose was too short (as I said) and even the connectors are total different. The part that was replaced was #65909 (picture) which luckily Ray had the part. Refund my payment for the part # 65570 ($45.15). Also send me the postage or Fed Ex fee to ship the part back to me. Please respond with refund and return shipment fees. I have replied to Daniel R by email several times and he has not responded to my emails.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Early replacement Sadly this wasn’t the right part. Also it’s a little be disappointing that I’m trying to replace this gas leak after only about 20 uses of a new Weber grill :(. Yes I’ve had the grill for over a year but not heavy mileage.
