Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service and Grill It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise to find out that Weber agents not only read, they respond to the problem I reported with my Q-1400 Weber electric grill. Due to the quick response of their customer service my grill is working as good as new. I've owned my Q electric grill for less than 3 years, I really enjoy it, typically using it for grilling meals about 3 times a week. It heats up quickly, the grates are seasoned cast metal, nothing sticks, and when needed I can grill for up to 6 on it. Its the perfect grill for a small family and saves me from the inconvenience and mess of buying charcol. For additional smoke flavor when I preheat it I use a (poked) foil pack with damp wood chips or grill with some chopped rosemary leaves from my garden. I usually leave the grill on while plating the food then shut it off; its the last thing I clean up after we've cleared the table, and it takes only a couple of minutes. Really an indespensible appliance for us.
