Rated 1 out of 5 by from Discontinued item They shouldn't have this on the website. It has been discontinued. Have an old 1996 Performer grill generation 1 SSP that works perfectly except for the one touch starting feature. It has an old expired tank with a quick disconnect. Purchased a new tank anticipating I would restore the complete grill to its original glory with the gas iginition feature. Now the new tank cannot be connected to the grill without this set up #62642. Weber's customer service wasn't helpful: He told me to google it and purchase from another supplier, and those other "suppliers" purchase it from Weber, so its unavailable. Unfortunate such an amazing grill cannot be returned to its original state due to Weber discontinuing one item.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Swap for old hose and fitting I had an old expired tank with a quick disconnect valve. This part was a direct swap and allows for for use of a full size propane tank. Easy to install and will keep the grill going for many year to come. Only comment is I wish it wasn't so expensive!
