Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Grill Ever I bought this grill from Lowes, big mistake, there is less than a centimeter of flame on my burners at high setting, cooking a burger takes 40 minutes plus, with lid closed, would take at least an hour without lid closed. This is the absolutely the worst BBQ I have ever owned. I reached out to Weber one week after purchase when I couldn't cook a meal. They sent me a new regulator, which did not fix the problem. Customer service told me that is the way it is designed. And now they won't accept a return of the item, because they only have a 30 day return window, even though I reached out the first week I owned it. I will never buy another Weber, and will highly recommend against anyone else purchasing this sorry excuse for a grill. I spent more money thinking I was getting a premium product, and got something worse than the cheapest grill I could of bought from Walmart. Between Lowes lack of customer service and Weber's refusal to rectify the situation, I am out $500 and don't have a grill to cook on. Customer service at Weber and Lowes, was a long and frustrating process that yielded no results except high blood pressure and disappointment. Weber is not a premium product or company.
