Rated 3 out of 5 by River man from Excellent design I was very excited to receive my lime green Q1200 Weber the folding side tables and the brand name with availability of parts was a key factor in purchasing the Weber product. It is my first portable but 2 Weber product . I didn’t buy my Weber new. I bought it on marketplace. The woman used it three times and was selling it for a fairly reasonable price for new 2 months used. The barbeque lights well the main issue is that there’s virtually no heat. I went to Weber‘s website. I’ve tried the problem solution and to no avail the regulator is at fault. I believe this is the reason the barbeque went upon to Marketplace and unfortunately, the price of a new regulator doesn’t warrant the price I bought the unit for so I will be putting it back on marketplace at a loss stating needs new regulator.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hairsmurf from Small but mighty We have owned several Weber grills…currently own 3. When doing the pre use heating up the grill for 10 minutes there was a discovered hiccups !!! The heat/flame adjustment knob did nothing to lower heat/ flames :( Call support at Weber…said we needed a new regulator…. Came in about 10 days. It did nothing to help issue. Currently on vacation and using grill as long as you lift lid to check meat temperature can be controlled. Pain in the butt.
