Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap Plastic Legs Broke Q1200 leg broke, food tumbled to the ground. Weber replaced plastic leg, but took an hour of tedious disassembly/reassembled. Clearly poorly designed leg that broke right at the drip pan slot. Wished I never bought this grill.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete disappointment Very disappointed. How could I go wrong with a Weber grill, so I thought. We received the grill more than a month ago and still cannot use it. I was sent a couple of regulators as this is what they said was faulty, still not the answer. They are now sending a new burner which is on order and they don't know when I will receive it. I purchased this product for specific summer cookout dates and have not been able to use it. No one will offer a resolution. they will not refund me nor will they send a replacement grill. This is beyond frustrating and ridiculous. I am not one to provide reviews but could not resist when Weber asked that I review the product they know is unsatisfactory. I wish this to be resolved and before I know it the summer grilling season will be over and still not working grill?
