Rated 1 out of 5 by from Weber Customer Support is Non-Existent Could not get temp below 400. Local Ace needed your approval to repair. Called Weber, said it was probably the regulator. Said he was sending a NEW ONE. I thought he meant grille. I received a regulator with 4 pages of instructions on how to replace. I am not a mechanic. Ace sent someone to install. Weber sucks at customer support. My last was a large grill that rusted in 1.5 years. Again ACE stood up when you did not!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Cook on Though I’ve only used a few times I appreciate the temperature options and that it holds the set temp. Still much to learn as I go forward but this model is easy to clean and acts like a little outdoor oven.
