Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mixed service I called to buy replacement flavorizer bars. Was told that they are out of stock. I had purchased flavorizer bars that was the wrong size. I paid for them using a credit card. They would not reimburse me nor would they allow me to return them. I was told to wait for 30 days. It's a strange way of dealing with a customer who has had Weber grills for over 50 years.
