Rated 1 out of 5 by CL077 from Disappointing build quality Hard to recommend for the price. They have a known design flaw with their casters. 3 years in and they will not warranty. Disappointing for their flagship charcoal grill. I also have a Kamado Big Joe and although it is more expensive it is night and day difference in quality and comes with more accessories.

Grill fell over backwards due to very poor stability and design. Lid is dented...enamel chipped. Been trying to get a replacement for several months. Lots of promises from multiple people but exactly zero actual help at all!! Now I get A.I. spam every other day about my 'cases being closed if I dont respond...but there is nothing to respond to. Just horrific customer support. Terrible!

Rated 5 out of 5 by AFunk grilled/smoker from Fantastic Grill I bought this grill last year. Have always used Weber Kettles and have a Smokey Mountain. Family has Green Eggs and Primo Ceramic grills. I built it into my outdoor kitchen. I’ve smoked on it and even smoked side by side with my Smokey mountain and this grill can do it all. Huge cooking surface. Great heat retention. Can get it roaring hot for searing. This grill is fantastic. Nice fit and finish. Love the hinge for the top that you can open to different degrees. If you are thinking about getting this grill…do it.
