Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not happy with what I bought I wish I could give this a 5 star review but I'm kind of disappointed in how it cooks. I recently took this on an extended stay to the Indy 500 and cooked several rounds on it and for most items it works ok, but it does not seem to sear steaks at all well. It'll cook burgers, hot dogs, but steak isn't at all good on this one. I called Weber and the young lady that took the call was somewhat dismissive and told me it sounded like it was cooking the way it was designed. I also had a problem with the cover sent. It didn't fit the grill well, zippers didn't work correctly and one of the straps to secure it came off in my hand. After another call, I was able to discuss the problem with yet another person and I have been given a couple trouble shooting steps. I will work through what they've suggested but I'm not confident this will be resolved. This wasn't an inexpensive grill by any means...Maybe my expectations are too high...But this is a Weber! I they aren't able to rectify the problem, I'll be sending this back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Part works perfectly I was really happy that I was able to replace this part. I had to pack up from a camping trip very quickly as the temperatures had dropped, and I was out of propane. Somehow equipment got on top of the barbeque and ripped the struts right out of the frame. This was a perfect replacement. It also came with great instructions on how to replace it. My only complaint was the FedEx shipping. The Part got all the way across the country in a couple days, but it took FedEx another week to get it to my house.

Weber reached out to troubleshoot and provide support to repair my grill. Wow, outstanding to get timely assistance and support to resolve an issue on the Traveler grill.
