Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Quality and Engineering Excellent grill for connecting to your RV's Quick Connect port. It is very sturdy and opens and shuts easily. I strongly suggest buying the cargo cover to keep your storage area clean; drips on the inside of the cover easily clean up with soapy water. I had done a great deal of research about the Traveler and its competition so I was fully aware of its single adjustable burner tube. It still pre-heats easily to 600º and can then be adjusted down to your desired cooking temperature. The cover's thermometer is quite accurate. We used to travel with both a grill AND a griddle but a Weber Traveler with the optional griddle plate allows me to cook pancakes and sausage together. Absolutely top quality and engineering in a compact and portable gas grill/griddle!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ONLY LAST ONE YEAR THIS IS THE SECOND ONE HAVE PURCHASED AND OVER $800 SPENT IN 2 YEARS AND WHEN I CALLED SUPPORT THEY HAD NO PARTS TO SEND TO ME AND IN THE SITUATION I AM IN AT THE CAMPSITE AND NEED A GRILL THEY DID NOT OFFER ME ANY SOLUTION. IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS IM ALL SET WITH WEBER AND I WILL ALSO LET PEOPLE KNOW AND I AM ALSO NOTIFYING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SO THEY CAN MAKE A FEDERAL REPORT
