Rated 1 out of 5 by Weber q 1200 from Grill stocked working after 3 uses. I purchased this grill and used it minimally over one summer (3 times) before it stopped working. I contacted customer service and sent them all the information needed for a replacement and I have yet to receive an email in reply nor receive a replacement. Furthermore, I sent them another email to check on my claim and I did not receive an email back to that either. Highly disappointed. Webber is a great brand, as I have purchased other items, unfortunately their customer service is awful. Now I do not have a grill to use for this summer. Going forward, I will not be buying any other Webber brand items in the future. Extremely disappointed!
